Our Story
Ahead Tilt Panel Constructions is proudly owned and operated by brothers Nathan and James Head, a local team with more than 20 years of experience in the Sunshine Coast concrete and construction industry.
Nathan began his career with leading Sunshine Coast tilt panel companies, gaining extensive technical skills and site management experience. When the industry slowed, he moved into the civil mining sector, where he undertook advanced leadership training and managed large-scale projects. After years of FIFO work, he returned home to prioritise family life and build something of his own.
In 2015, with the support of experienced contractors and business mentors, Nathan launched Ahead Construction Group, a residential concrete company built on integrity, quality workmanship and balance. The business quickly became known for its reliable processes, strong team culture, and commitment to doing things right.
By 2023, Nathan and James combined their expertise to expand into commercial and industrial concrete. Nathan leads company management, while James oversees operations to ensure every project runs smoothly from planning to pour.
